   1. Action item Bill Lash to review bylaws for quorum votes. Executive Board approved bylaw changes, therefore active membership vote is not required.
      Section 3. Quorum
      1. A majority vote of an active membership quorum may be required if an Executive
      Board vote is split evenly or if the presiding officer from the Executive Board deems
      it appropriate to obtain a vote from the general membership. A quorum is defined as
      33 percent of the active membership, must include at least one Executive Board
      member, and may be convened at a general meeting or other gathering of members.
