Brigid Freyne MD is Board Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She attends multiple medical conferences throughout the country to stay up to date on current medical findings. Dr. Freyne actively maintains certification in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology through the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Freyne has been co-author of several posters presented at medical conferences and journal articles published in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Freyne teaches Rheumatology to residents and fellows for local teaching programs. Over the years, Dr. Freyne also is a speaker for several pharmaceutical companies.

Her lifetime dedication to physical fitness motivates her to share the goals of health and vitality with all her patients. Dr. Freyne has successfully competed in countless running and triathlon events since the early 1980s and hopes to continue competing until she reaches the 95+ age group. Dr. Freyne passes along her extensive knowledge of healthy nutrition, exercise, and the importance of rest, recovery, and sleep to all her patients.
